Raw Material Sourcing

Primary Cleaning & Screening

Raw leaves are passed through advanced seiver machines to remove impurities such as dust, sand, seeds, and other residues.

Controlled Crushing

The cleaned leaves are crushed into smaller particles, allowing uniform processing and better powder consistency.

Secondary Filtration

A second level of screening ensures that any remaining unwanted materials are completely removed before fine processing.

Pulverization Process

The material is processed through high-capacity industrial pulverizers to achieve ultra-fine powder suitable for smooth application.

Micro-Sieving & Refinement
