We, MLT Henna, Introduce ourselves as an eminent manufacturer, exporter and supplier of exemplary range of Natural Henna, henna based products and herbal products since 1972.

Based in Sojat, Rajasthan, MLT Henna is the brainchild of Mr. Mohan Lal Tak who dreamt of giving to the henna industry a mix of quality and Natural henna products and hence carved a niche for himself. He started the business with henna trading. Further, he inspired farmers to cultivate the crop of Mehandi.

Since our inception that almost dates half a century back, we have built a reputable position in the henna industry by serving nationally and internationally acknowledged hair care industries like Godrej, Himalaya and Everest to name a few. We procure the finest quality of raw material from quality oriented suppliers available in the market- living up to our motto to provide the best quality product.

Unlike many other henna companies, we do not mix any hazardous chemical substances in our products and we guarantee excellent results without any side effects.

INFRASTRUCTURE

MLT Henna is reputed manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Superior Quality henna since 1972 by Mr. Mohan Lal Tak.

The place where we are based i.e Sojat city cultivates the best quality of henna in the world and the area’s soil, climate and irrigation system of natural rain water makes it different from others.

We currently have two running units of 1500 Sq. Mtr. Each and total production capacity of 10 M.T. - 12 M.T. per day. Our units are affiliated with Khadi and Village Industries Board, Rajasthan.

PROCESS

Processing of henna leaves into powder

STEP 1: After bringing mehandi patta/ henna leaves from the market(mandi) they are filtered in the SEIVER MACHINE, which has spinning filtering and screening mechanism to separate waste material or residues like seeds, sand , straw and husk in the jute bag containing mehandi.

STEP 2: When the leaves are separated in its original form with big shaped and big sized leaves they are crushed and squashed in small pieces, which helps in getting pulverized properly to gain required quality of powder.

STEP 3: After squashing them, leaves(crushed) put into another screening test to bring out other impure material in the squashed material. (tea cut leaves)

STEP 4: Finally the crushed henna leaves are poured into PULVERIZER, a machine like a flour mill but in huge quantity producing power manufacturing industry.

STEP 5: Final material in the form of powder is refurnished and refiltered to give powder required smoothness and fineness to give it a better quality which could be sold in the market.
